We’re growing and looking for a Senior Full Stack SDET who is passionate about quality engineering and excited to help test and improve world-class sports technology products. This senior, full-stack quality engineering role spans backend API testing and frontend (Windows and web) application testing. You’ll combine strong automation skills with the ability to define end-to-end quality strategies across the Trackman ecosystem—from radar data pipelines to TM Performance Studio used by athletes and coaches worldwide. You’ll join an international team and help elevate quality practices by mentoring peers, partnering closely with developers, product owners, and UI/UX designers, and championing a quality-first approach throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for both backend APIs (REST/GraphQL), web applications and Windows desktop applications Architect end-to-end test strategies covering integration, system, performance, and regression testing Lead test planning and review sessions within Agile/Scrum ceremonies alongside developers and product owners Drive quality across the full stack: from data ingestion APIs and cloud services through to client-facing Windows/Web applications Define and enforce test coverage standards, reporting metrics, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) Explore and implement AI-assisted testing techniques — including AI-generated test cases, intelligent test prioritisation, and anomaly detection — to increase testing efficiency and coverage Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and SDETs across the team Collaborate with DevOps and platform engineers to embed testing earlier in the development pipeline (shift-left) Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions from a testability perspective Conduct exploratory and risk-based testing to uncover edge cases beyond automated suites Job requirements The Ideal Candidate Holds a relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (bachelor's level minimum) Has 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or SDET roles, with proven seniority in at least two of: backend API testing, desktop/Windows application testing, or test framework architecture Is highly proficient in C# for test automation, with strong understanding of object-oriented design principles. Has hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., RestEaze, Postman, Playwright, SpecFlow, or similar) Has experience testing Windows/Web based applications and understands UI automation frameworks Is experienced with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD platforms for pipeline integration and test reporting Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to diagnose complex, cross-layer defects AI & Emerging Technologies Has experience with and understands how AI and machine learning concepts can be applied within a quality engineering context It Will Also Be a Plus If You Have Experience in the gaming or sports technology industry Knowledge of radar, computer vision, or sensor data systems Golf knowledge or broader sports interest — you don't need to be a pro, but a genuine passion for sports helps!
