Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze all requirements and documents for new merchants according to the company’s guidelines.
• Handling day-to-day business operations.
• Coordinate with the clients and other team members, to ensure that the business onboarding process runs smoothly.
• Helping clients in resolving issues and complaints.
• Collect, organize data and generate reports using Microsoft office tools.
• Maintain the quality of service by obtaining Customers feedback via outbound calls and emails.
• Prepare meeting agenda and schedule meetings between the customers and the company.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Experience in CRM & excellent customer service skills
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Multi-tasking skills & Strong attention to details
• Documentation experience
• Problem-solving skills & good communication skills
• Teamwork
