What’s the job?
We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team in Castlepollard, Westmeath. Reporting to the HR Manager, your role is central to building a strong, values-driven workplace. You’re not just supporting HR operations—you’re helping shape a culture where people thrive.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of HR. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a busy office environment, be HR qualified and have previous experience in a HR role.
Key duties & responsibilities:
• Recruitment Administration; creating advertisements, scheduling interviews, reference checks, etc
• Onboarding and Induction of new starters
• Updating HRIS system
• HR administration in relation to employee records & employee correspondence
• Dealing with Social Welfare and related forms
• Responding to HR related queries and requests
• Administrative support for HR projects
• Administration of training and development activities
• Support Wellness and Social initiatives and activities
• Reporting monthly HR metrics
• Providing support to managers, including guidance in relation to HR policies and procedures
What are we looking for?
• Ideally a HR qualification or working towards same
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Great communicator with a flexible, optimistic and professional approach.
• Experience of using social media in a professional capacity
