JOB TITLE : Maintenance Intervention Superintendent
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager.
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : MIT Team Leader
JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE OF JOB
Effectively co-ordinate maintenance activities, monitor personnel and materials, Ensure control cost and budget in compliance with company regulations. Also develop improved policies, procedures and standards.
- Coordinate the MIT team, Support area A, B and UPS superintendents with major repairs, overhaul and maintenance of OML-30. equipment fleet ensuring minimal downtime.
-In view to organize, setup and coordinate activities in the main workshop which is currently under construction.
- Ensure static and rotating equipment are operated as per OEM recommendation.
- Recommend modifications to Equipment and process to ensure production optimization, raise PIN where necessary
- Evaluate Key performance Index (KPI) for every MIT personnel.
- Ensure KOM are held with projects, third party vendors to ensure jobs are done in line with OEM equipment requirements.
Organize in-house training where necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- HND/B.Sc./B.Eng. or its equivalent in Engineering
- Professional certification as added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks
- Good leadership skills and ability to manage materials resources
- Cost saving skills
- Knowledge of Computerise Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Sound computer skills (Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel)
- Sound and quality decision making abilities
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to conduct building audits to determine equipment maintenance requirements
