Description
Imagine Live is looking for a Construction PM to support the end-to-end lifecycle of live casino studios - from initial construction through daily operations. You'll work at the intersection of construction, technical engineering, procurement, and studio operations, making sure new studios are delivered on time and that live studios stay fully operational through fast, well-coordinated issue resolution.
Responsibilities
• Own the collection and documentation of requirements from all relevant stakeholders (studio operations, technical/engineering, design, compliance, etc.)
• Coordinate communication and follow-ups between internal teams, external construction contractors, engineers, and suppliers
• Track construction milestones, timelines, and deliverables; flag risks or delays to the PMO Head
• Review supplier and contractor proposals, lead site visit coordination and inspections
• Serve as the coordination point between studio maintenance teams and external suppliers/vendors for issue resolution
• Collect, log, and prioritize studio issues (technical, facility, equipment-related) reported by operations team
• Track issue resolution timelines and escalate unresolved or recurring problems
• Document and own the handoff process between construction completion and live studio operations, ensuring nothing is dropped at go-live
• Work with the Procurement unit to prepare and follow up on purchase requests related to maintenance, repairs, or replacement equipment
• Maintain an issue/ticket log and produce recurring reports on open items, resolution times, and recurring problem areas
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for the PMO covering both construction progress and operational issues
• Support budget tracking and documentation related to construction and maintenance
• Contribute to process improvement: refining templates, trackers, and workflows used across studio projects
• Work closely with Studio Operations leadership on a day-to-day basis to stay aligned on live studio needs and priorities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, facilities, or operations roles (live casino, gaming, broadcast/TV studio, or construction industry experience is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to manage external contractors, suppliers, or vendors in a coordination or oversight capacity
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders
• Good communication skills - comfortable coordinating between technical, non-technical, and external (contractor/supplier) stakeholders
• Working knowledge of project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
• Basic understanding of procurement processes (purchase requests, vendor coordination) is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting/documentation tools
• Fluent in English, Russian (additional languages is a plus)
• PMP/CAPM, PMI-CP or similar project management certification (or in progress is a plus)
