About this role
Responsibilities:
• Observes slot players within assigned area and offers assistance, instruction and advice on the various types of machines in that area.
• Must be knowledgeable of the diverse types of slot machines and must be able to correct simple machine problems.
• Control and safety of issued equipment (Slot Machine Keys, Radio, Android devices)
• Report any knowledge of safety issue on the casino floor or in the building
• Handles jackpot and paper fill transactions promptly, accurately and with a high degree of customer service.
• Must be well versed on various property events and relay same to slot players in assigned area.
• Exchanges currency for patrons using an impressed fund
• Ability to speak English so that it can be understood.
• Must be able to read and legibly write English.
• Capable of handling routine guest complaints, incidents, and machine malfunctions.
• Capable of identifying situations that require supervisory personnel.
• Understand and comply with company and departmental directives, policies, and procedures.
• Completes CTR and SARC and W2-G forms when necessary for slot jackpots.
• Must successfully complete annual compliance training (AML, Title 31 or any essential training required)
• Maintains a clean and sanitize work environment with regards to personal safety standards when working or using equipment
• Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Target Salary Range:
• $15.92 hourly
