About this role
• Lead outreach, recruitment, and community engagement activities to support the successful implementation of the Texas Home Visiting (THV) and HOPES programs.
• Work closely with the Drug Free Communities Coordinator to collaborative prevention efforts, integrate Drug-Free Communities (DFC) strategies, and guide partners in advancing the coalition's mission to reduce youth substance use and strengthen family well‑being in THV and HOPES programs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations, schools, service providers, coalitions, and community stakeholders to expand access to home visiting and family support services.
• Provide leadership for the Family and Community Coalition of East Texas, coordinating meetings, strengthening collaboration, and advancing shared community goals.
• Assist with participant and partner enrollments, ensuring accurate documentation, eligibility verification, and timely onboarding.
• Maintain comprehensive program records, data, and reporting requirements in alignment with THV and HOPES standards.
• Promote THV and HOPES programs throughout the service area through presentations, community events, and targeted outreach strategies.
• Support families by connecting them to resources, services, and community-based supports that enhance child development, family well‑being, and positive parent‑child interactions.
