SUMMARY

Assemble and inspect electronic PCBs boards

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce quality products with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering (lead and lead-free).

• Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.

• Accurately record quantity using Factory Logix.

• Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.

• Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.

• Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.

• Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.

• Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Positive and dependable team members with a strong work ethic.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all team members.

• Flexible and able to adjust to shifting tasks based on business needs.

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) are required.

• Ability to interpret and understand performance graphs and other data visualizations.

• Ability to apply critical thinking to assess product quality and ensure compliance with written documentation.

• Capable of performing basic data entry transactions.

CERTIFICATIONS

• Within one year of employment, must pass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.

• Within one year of employment, must achieve a passing score on the IPC-A-610 certification course (current revision).

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be seated or standing, based on their workstation. Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; Employee must frequently use hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
