About this role
Essential Responsibilities
Logistics:
• Support in preparation of fuel and other logistics Payments and its submission to finance.
• Support in digital archiving of vehicles logbooks and other relevant data of log team.
• Support in tagging of assets in MC ISB office.
• Support Log Co and Assets controller in management of assets.
• Support the log team to finalize the auction list and its process.
• Support in preparation of the inventory/ Furniture list of the MC- ISB office.
• Any other task assigned by Supervisor.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively learns about safeguarding and integrates it into their work, including safeguarding risks and mitigations related to their area of work.
• Practices the values of Mercy Corps including respecting the dignity and well-being of participants and fellow team members.
• Encourages openness and communication in their team; encourages team members to submit reports if they have any concerns using reporting mechanisms e.g., Integrity Hotline and other options.

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant disciplines, preference will be given to those candidates who are looking for an internship opportunity to gain work experience in supply chain Management. Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
• Ability to work comfortably with an ethnically diverse staff.
• Fluency in written English.
• Familiarity with MS Office

Success Factors
Excellent communication skills and prioritization skills will be extremely useful for this position. Ability to work under pressures, follow timelines, and prioritize tasks accordingly. Ability to communicate well within the team and with other departments. Ability to work with remote and diverse teams.
