About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Warranty Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems covered under warranty, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service in a timely manner.

HVAC Warranty Technician Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on HVAC systems under manufacturer warranties.
• Inspect and evaluate HVAC systems for potential warranty-related issues.
• Identify and resolve any problems with HVAC equipment that fall within the terms of the warranty agreement.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service findings, warranty coverage, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty-related service work performed.
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure proper parts are ordered and warranty procedures are followed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while performing repairs.
• Provide recommendations for any system maintenance or upgrades that may improve performance or efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and changes in warranty policies.
• Support the customer service team by providing expert knowledge on HVAC warranty concerns.
HVAC Warranty Technician Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Two years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid HVAC technician license and appropriate certifications (EPA 608, NATE, etc.).
• Clean driving record and ability to travel to customer locations.
