Job Summary:
The Maintenance Material Handler will transport materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Load, unload, inspect, test, and stage rental and customer-owned equipment, tooling, and accessories using forklifts, SkyTrak, and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare equipment for shipment by ensuring it is clean, fueled, properly tagged, and staged.
• Process rental and repair documentation, including customer repair forms, receiving paperwork, billing, checkout sheets, and photo documentation.
• Maintain organized storage areas for rent-ready, customer-owned, and repair equipment, as well as repair parts.
• Identify and report missing accessories in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with shipping, packaging, housekeeping, yard organization, and other operational needs.
• Support other departments and team activities as directed to meet business needs.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or obtain required certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
• Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds; heavier items require assistance or equipment.
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Work in warehouse, shop, yard, and outdoor environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
