Condo Maintenance Service Technician

Job Description
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-housework orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
• General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (required)
• Must be 18 years or older

• Work: Monday (9:00 AM-9:00 PM); Friday (3:00 PM-9:00 PM); Saturday through Sunday (9:00 AM-9:00 PM)
• Off: Tuesday through Thursday
• Week 2:
• Work: Tuesday through Thursday (9:00 AM-9:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM-3:00 PM)
• Off: Monday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours:

• Primarily 9:00 AM-9:00 PM; 1 half day per week
• Weekends and Holidays (some required)
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
