Summary
Maintenance Supervisor perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures throughout the community while performing a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, make readies, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts of maintaining and repair the community.
