Key Responsibilities:
Edit promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients by checking: Language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation Consistency of language Adherence to brand style and client guidelines Format documents in line with journal/congress requirements. Ensure documents comply with specified style guides (e.g., AMA Manual of Style, brand style, client guidelines). Consistently deliver high-quality edits that exceed client expectations. Contribute to team initiatives such as knowledge sharing and documentation of resources.
Requirements
Must-have Skills/Qualification:
Experience working as a medical editor for 2+ years Must have worked in Pharmaceutical, CORs, Medical Communication or related industries. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences or English. A keen eye for detail. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work under tight timelines in a collaborative environment. Excellent written and spoken English

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
