Description The Senior Underwriter evaluates and underwrites Middle Market technology accounts within established authority, applying sound judgment and available financial, operational, exposure, industry, and claims information to make data-driven decisions on risk selection, coverage, terms, conditions, and pricing, with limited guidance from leadership as needed. Applies knowledge of the technology sector and Middle Market insurance products to assess exposures such as software and technology services, cloud computing, data centers, technology consulting, telecommunications, cyber-related dependencies, intellectual property, professional services, products liability, and other relevant operational risks. Exercises sound underwriting judgment while balancing growth, profitability, customer needs, and Liberty Mutual's risk appetite.
