About this role
What you'll do:
This role represents the Head of Production, responsible for leading and developing the production department while ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The position oversees manufacturing operations, capacity planning, technology integration, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Technical education (Apprenticeship, secondary technical school)3+ years of experienceStrong understanding of LVSA architecture and components, system design, manufacturing constraintsKnowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processesFamiliarity with engineering tools (e.g., EPLAN Electric P8) is an advantageStrong leadership and team development skillsStructured and process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication across technical and operational teamsOwnership and accountabilityAbility to manage complexity and prioritiesProblem-solving and decision-making capability Knowledge:
