Job summary:

As a UCITS ETF Product Associate within the Global ETF business, you will support the development and ongoing management of our UCITS ETF platform across multiple asset classes and strategies. You will help identify market opportunities, evaluate product ideas, and contribute to business cases and product approvals across the full product lifecycle. You will analyze market and competitor trends and translate complex datasets into clear materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums. You will partner closely with investments, capital markets, distribution, and functional teams to deliver product initiatives that help differentiate and grow the ETF franchise.

Job responsibilities

Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of UCITS ETFs across asset classes and investment strategiesContribute to UCITS ETF product strategy by identifying growth opportunities and proposing actions to strengthen competitive positioningResearch ETF market trends, competitor developments, client demand, and broader asset management dynamicsEvaluate new product opportunities through market sizing, commercial assessment, and business case developmentAnalyze datasets and investment concepts to produce recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders and product governance forumsPartner with investment teams, capital markets, distribution, and functional partners to identify product enhancements and innovation opportunitiesCoordinate product development initiatives from concept through launch with legal, compliance, operations, and other stakeholdersMonitor commercial performance metrics including assets under management, flows, market share, and competitive positioningMaintain working knowledge of ETF regulation, market structure, product innovation, and emerging industry trends Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in asset management, ETFs, product management, product development, investment strategy, research, or a related fieldUnderstanding of financial markets, investment products, and the asset management industryExperience performing market research, competitive analysis, and business case developmentAbility to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insightsAbility to build clear, structured presentations and communicate complex topics to varied stakeholder groupsProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and executive-ready materialsExperience using Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, or similar analytical platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and seniority levelsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver work in a fast-paced environmentHigh standards of integrity, attention to detail, and ownership mindset Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Direct experience with ETFs and ETF product lifecycle activitiesKnowledge of the UCITS ETF ecosystem, including active, passive, and synthetic ETF structuresFamiliarity with European ETF regulation, market structure, and competitive dynamicsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related disciplineProgress toward (or completion of) CFA, CAIA, or a comparable professional qualification
