Description We are seeking a motivated Junior Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Technician who is interested in building a long-term career in facilities maintenance. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our facilities by responding to various maintenance requests, supporting emergency procedures, and ensuring a secure environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service callsPerform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems and facility equipmentAssist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure projectsRespond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies in a timely mannerConduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all systemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed workRespond promptly to maintenance and safety requests within the facilityFollow all safety procedures and protocols Basic Qualifications
TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical roleStrong Customer Service experienceMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skillsStrong work ethic, reliability, and a desire for a long-term careerAbility to support facility organization, and minor repairs as neededBasic knowledge of facility maintenance and safety proceduresStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situationsPhysical ability to perform manual tasks and lift moderate loads Preferred Qualifications
