How You'll Make an Impact Direct all plant maintenance operations to uphold cable plant integrity and deliver consistent voice, video and data quality Oversee contract labor resources, ensuring adherence to scope of work and quality standards Provide technical guidance to field locations and regional offices on technologies, operational standards and staff development Serve as subject matter expert for Spectrum tools including Node Health Report, Node Slayer and CPE telemetry
