Mission Statement: As an HR Business Partners Experienced Professional, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and solutions that drive organizational performance and employee engagement within HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.
Job Responsibilities: - Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives. - Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, and performance management. - Lead and support the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements. - Drive workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. - Coach and advise managers on HR best practices, fostering a culture of high performance and employee development. - Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose solutions that improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. - Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformations and promoting effective communication. - Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a technology or engineering environment. - Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders and delivering strategic HR solutions. - Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using HR metrics to drive decisions. - Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. - Experience in managing change and supporting organizational development initiatives. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
