The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Project Workers team. This role offers hands-on experience in global mobility operations, compliance, and data management. The intern will support critical processes related to invoicing, certificate handling (social security exemptions), and data quality improvement including coordination activities.

Certificate Management
Handling of A1/Certificate of Coverage (CoC) documents Invoicing & Financial Processes
Handle vendor (Tax, relocation services & international insurances) invoicing and monthly statementCreate Purchase Orders (PO) Data & Reporting
Collect compensation data for project workersDocument managementImprove A-Pro (Tool for managing international assignments) data quality through validation and updates Your background
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksInterest in global mobility, compliance, and HR processes What we offer
