Description

Our global People Technology & Analytics team is looking for a People Technology Analyst to support our HR systems and employee experience.

What You'll Do

You will maintain a broad understanding of our HR technology landscape and provide daily support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. Working within a global team across multiple regions, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and HRIT team members to deliver system enhancements in consideration of our priorities.

Main responsibilities include:

Provide functional support and issue resolution across HR systemsPerform system maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement activitiesPartner with other teams to identify enhancementsSupport system and process changes across the employee lifecycleContribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities What We're Looking For

You will collaborate with an interest in HR systems and process improvement. You will need to be customer-focused mindset.

Experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, or similar)Familiarity with HR processes, including talent acquisition and payroll

Qualifications

0+ years of experience in HR, HR technology, or related fieldsExposure to system implementations, integrations, or change initiativesKnowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or design thinking principlesUnderstanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)Experience supporting global or multi-country environmentsSkills and AttributesClear documentation and process-writing skillsCustomer-focused approach to service deliveryExperience supporting global or multi-country environments
