Job summary
As a Credit Support Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services, you partner with Credit Risk and Operations teams to set up and maintain credit facilities, manage client reference data, and research reporting exceptions to ensure accurate, well‑controlled credit risk information. You help ensure a complete, accurate, and controlled view of client credit exposure to support lending decisions, regulatory reporting, and risk management.
Job responsibilities
Review incoming credit requests and accurately enter facility and client information into systemsPartner with Credit Risk and Operations teams to support credit facility setup and ongoing maintenanceManage client reference data to support accurate exposure and reportingManage workflow of tasks, queries, issues, and requests, including prioritization and escalation as neededProduce and monitor exception reports, add commentary, and resolve discrepanciesResearch and resolve inquiries in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriateCommunicate clearly and effectively with business partners and stakeholdersSupport a well-controlled operating environment by following procedures and maintaining data qualityParticipate in process improvements and organizational initiativesContribute to meeting team key performance indicators and service level targetsPerform additional related duties as assigned Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2 years of relevant job and/or industry experience supporting credit, lending, or operational processesStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills and client service mindsetAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, control-focused environmentEffective time management skills and attention to detailStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to research issues and drive resolution in a timely mannerAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Undergraduate degreeLoan operations experienceBasic knowledge of investment banking products (industry-standard term: TCP)
