Lead, coach, and develop a team of material handlers to achieve high performanceLead and coach team for daily cycle counts per ERP guidelines.Analyze cycle count results and update ERP according to results.Implement and enhance inventory control processes and best practicesConduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies with root cause analysisLead team to achieve monthly cycle counts metric.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Inventory accuracy.Improve warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiencyMaintain accurate records using inventory management systemsProvide reporting and insights to support business decisionsResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experienceProficiency in inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDEStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools More about us
