About Our Team Our Platform User Operations (PUO) Team is responsible for providing instant troubleshooting and consulting services to internal platform users. This position is mainly responsible for: receiving and resolving user queries, communicating with our engineering teams, analyzing and providing the best solutions, maintaining the SOP, writing daily reports, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality user experience.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Support risk assessment for live streaming across multiple overseas regions: review and judge edge cases. - identify non-compliant risks, follow up on disposal, and ensure the compliance of the livestream ecosystem. - Assist in safety model operation work: track model effect monitoring and abnormal/misjudged cases, and cooperate on prompt and rule iteration to improve the efficiency and accuracy of non-compliant content identification. - Conduct case analysis to verify and calibrate rule/logic chains against community guidelines violations, using prompt engineering to test, refine, and validate judgment criteria. - Coordinate cross-team collaboration on model improvement plans and model training strategies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Majors including Communication, IR, Law, Business, Data Science or related disciplines; candidates from other majors with relevant interest are also considered. - Fluent in both English and Mandarin (proficient in reading and writing, no difficulties in listening and speaking),Chinese language skills are primarily needed for communication with the China team to advance workflows and understand the overall China market. - Familiar with the overseas live streaming/short video ecosystem, with risk sensitivity and basic compliance awareness. - Available to intern at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 consecutive months and adapt to the rhythm of international business.

Preferred Qualifications: - Careful and responsible, strong execution ability, able to respond quickly to online problems, and good at data collation and communication. - Keen interest in overseas live streaming & social media ecosystem, Trust & Safety, content compliance and risk operations. - Capable of data analysis with Excel (SQL preferred); has hands-on prompt engineering experience with generative AI / LLMs. - Effective cross-cultural communicator for cross-regional & cross-functional coordination. Proactive, detail-oriented, able to operate in ambiguous contexts and consistently follow up on action items. Prior experience in content moderation, compliance research or AI safety is preferred but not mandatory.
