We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Intercompany Financial Analyst to join our Global Intercompany Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic individual contributor, delivering advanced financial insights, validating key assumptions, and communicating outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of intercompany financial drivers, excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage assigned tasks with clarity and purpose.

Responsibilities:

Financial ReportingProvide expert financial guidance to the Intercompany COE and collaborate with broader controllership teamsPrepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial resultsDraft insightful commentaries for senior leadership to support strategic decision-makingDevelop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor intercompany performance and complianceIntercompany Analysis & ReconciliationConduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entitiesEnsure accuracy and consistency in financial data across global operationsInvestigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies in a timely manner, partnering with regional finance teamsSupport month-end and quarter-end close activities related to intercompany eliminationsProcess Ownership & OptimizationLead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and settlement processesServe as the subject matter expert for Oracle AGIS, driving system efficiency and best practicesIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Finance operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materialsStakeholder EngagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with key contacts across the organization including Tax, Treasury, Controllership, IT, and regional finance teamsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of financial strategiesPresent findings, project updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committeesTransfer Pricing Engine ImplementationParticipate in the design, configuration, and implementation of the transfer pricing engine to automate intercompany pricing calculationsCollaborate with Tax, IT, and Finance teams to define transfer pricing rules, methodologies, and system requirementsValidate transfer pricing outputs and ensure alignment with global transfer pricing policies and arm's length principlesSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues during rollout phasesMonitor and maintain the transfer pricing engine post-implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with evolving regulationsNew Acquisitions - Intercompany SetupLead the intercompany onboarding process for newly acquired entities, including legal entity setup, trading partner configuration, and chart of accounts mappingCollaborate with M&A, Treasury, Tax, and Legal teams to define intercompany agreements, pricing structures, and settlement terms for new entitiesEnsure seamless integration of acquired entities into existing intercompany frameworks, systems (Oracle AGIS), and reporting structuresDocument and standardize the acquisition integration playbook for intercompany processesDesign, implement, and maintain intercompany approval workflows to ensure proper authorization and governance over intercompany transactionsDefine approval hierarchies, thresholds, and escalation paths in collaboration with Finance leadership and Internal ControlsEnsure approval workflows align with SOX requirements and internal audit standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5-7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, intercompany accounting, or corporate financeStrong working knowledge of intercompany processes including reconciliation, invoicing, settlements, and eliminationsExperience with Oracle ERP systems (Oracle AGIS preferred)Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting toolsUnderstanding of transfer pricing concepts and regulatory requirementsExperience supporting M&A integration or new entity setupStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders#LI-CB1
