Implement the Quality management plan signed off for the engagement in consultation with respective Team lead or Quality specialists with the objective to ensure stability of process performance procedures and client commitments are met.
Job Responsibilities: Processing of volumes and provide process improvement.Perform Finance Quality audits to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibilityDetermine the follow up requirements and mode of follow upIdentify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvementInteract effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gapsMust understand Business Impact of errors downstreamClear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.Manage escalations from different stakeholders to resolution and ensure smooth flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders.Dealing with external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner.Process and follow-up on dispute case or open issues within SLA given. 1.
