The Restaurant Marketing team is a newly established, high-impact group focused on driving growth for both restaurant partners and the Uber Eats platform across EMEA.
Our mission is to bring more of the restaurants that eaters love onto the platform and unlock incremental growth by helping partners reach new customers, increase order volume, and maximize performance. We do this by combining strong partner collaboration with data-driven insights and scalable marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact.
We're building an entrepreneurial, partner-focused team that identifies growth opportunities and translates them into effective, results-driven marketing initiatives across diverse EMEA markets.
About the Role
We're looking for a growth-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across the UK/ES or DE/FR markets, with a focus on expanding our restaurant partner base and accelerating growth in these priority, underpenetrated regions.
In this role, you will own Marketing's contribution to business growth, partnering closely with regional Commercial teams to drive penetration across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. You will develop and execute full-funnel marketing programs that build Uber Eats brand preference, generate high-quality restaurant leads, and support pipeline growth.
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and Comms to deliver integrated campaigns across channels, including digital, events, email, and content. A deep understanding of your target audience, including decision-makers and influencers, and the regional channels that best reach them, will be critical to success.
Reporting to the Head of International B2B Marketing, this is a newly created role within a fast-growing team, with the opportunity to shape and scale regional marketing programs across diverse EMEA markets.
What You'll Do Lead 'brand to demand' generation campaigns across channels to boost awareness, engagement, and conversion for restaurant partnersPartner with regional Sales and Growth teams to align on commercial priorities and develop quarterly marketing plans that support acquisition and revenue targetsOwn regional marketing performance across owned, paid, and earned channels, with a focus on driving qualified leads and pipeline for SalesPlan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive restaurant acquisition, awareness, and adoption of Uber Eats solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Operations, and Comms to develop and deliver high-impact regional campaigns and contentPartner with local Comms teams to shape industry narratives and support PR activations that strengthen Uber Eats' market presenceAnalyze campaign performance and share insights to inform future strategy and improve results against KPIsContinuously identify regional trends, customer insights, and new opportunities to better reach and influence target audiencesAct as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across regional marketing efforts Basic Qualifications Fluency in English and at least one of the following: German, French, or Spanish, with strong market expertise in the UK, Germany, France, or Spain5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or lead generationProven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExperience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across channels such as email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, content, and PRStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performanceExcellent project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detailStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience localizing and scaling marketing programs across multiple marketsFamiliarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or HubSpotExperience working across Pan-European markets (a plus)Experience in the delivery, marketplace, travel, or technology industries Ready to Ride?
