Role Description
We are currently working on several innovative projects and are looking for motivated students who want to gain practical experience in a dynamic startup environment and actively contribute to our growth.
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain and update employee and candidate records. Assist with preparing HR documents and contracts. Support employee communication and engagement activities. Help improve and organize internal HR processes. Conduct basic HR research and support special HR projects.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a university student. Previous HR experience is preferred. Available to work at least 20 hours per week. Must be required to complete a mandatory university internship (Praktikum). Currently residing in Germany or another European country. Strong communication and organizational skills. Good command of English; German is a plus.
