Role Description
This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting content creators across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for collaboration opportunities. It involves:
Sourcing potential creators on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms. Reaching out to creators via DM, email or WhatsApp. Building relationships and maintaining communication with potential talents. Introducing our company and explaining the collaboration opportunity. Answering basic questions regarding the role and job scope. Qualifying creators based on our requirements. Arranging interview sessions with the management team. Following up with creators before and after interviews. Assisting with onboarding once a creator is confirmed. Keeping track of all outreach, follow-ups and recruitment progress. Continuously expanding our network of creators, agencies and talent managers to strengthen our recruitment pipeline.
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you enjoy connecting with people. Excellent research skills with the ability to discover high-potential micro KOLs before they become mainstream. Well versed in both English and Chinese. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, RedNote, and the local creator ecosystem. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills and confidence handling outreach and partnership discussions. A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for digital marketing, social media, and creator culture. Previous experience in influencer marketing, event planning, social media, PR, or account management is an advantage but not required if you're eager to learn and grow.
