About this role
Role Description
DataVizion's project pipeline is growing, and our Project Management team needs a coordinator who keeps every engagement moving: on schedule, on budget, and with clients who always know where things stand. If that describes how you already work, keep reading.
Coordinate scheduling of technicians, engineers, and equipment across multiple concurrent projects, adjusting as priorities and timelines shift. Lead client-facing calls, including kickoffs, status updates, and issue escalations, as the day-to-day contact for project logistics. Own project documentation: schedules, task trackers, status reports, and change logs, so every stakeholder works from the same information. Track hours and progress against the scope of work, and flag schedule or scope risks before they become problems. Coordinate procurement and delivery logistics for hardware and equipment on active projects. Act as the connective tissue between project managers, technical teams, and clients, resolving coordination issues without waiting to be asked. Support the Director of Project Management with reporting, process improvements, and coordination needs across the portfolio.
Qualifications
2+ years coordinating projects, ideally in IT, telecom, or another technical services environment. Experience scheduling technical resources or field teams across multiple active workstreams. Comfort leading client calls and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills and a track record of managing concurrent projects without dropping details. Experience with project or scheduling tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Requirements
Experience at a managed services provider (MSP) or IT solutions company. CAPM, or actively working toward PMP certification. Familiarity with infrastructure project terminology: firewalls, wireless deployments, server migrations, network refreshes. Experience with CRM or PSA (professional services automation) platforms.
