About the role The post holder will primarily contribute to postgraduate taught education at the Cicely Saunders Institute of Palliative Care, Policy & Rehabilitation, providing teaching backfill during Dr Sabrina Bajwah’s five-year NIHR Postdoctoral Fellowship. The post holder will co-lead the Advanced Symptom Control module on the MSc Palliative Care, with Dr Bajwah as senior lead, and lead/co-lead the Symptoms and Psychosocial Concerns module on the MSc Health and Care Strategies for Ageing Populations. The role involves delivering teaching across modules including Advanced Symptom Control, Research Methods and Statistics, and Service Development and Policy; marking; personal tutoring; MSc dissertation supervision; and the annual refresh, forum moderation and delivery of distance-learning content.
