Defining the Project Cost Structure (CBS or named WBS in SAP) based on initial detailed contract estimate • Maintaining during all phases of the Project execution, an accurate and reliable forecast of all project cost,
• Analyzing forecast by controlling committed and actual project costs and alerting (early detection) of any variance
• Preparing, issuing and updating periodic Project Status Report (PSR)
• Periodic updation & maintenance of Cost in SAP.
