About this role

Developing (investment and maintenance) budgets and ensuring investments and technical projects stay in line accordingly. Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the production of products. Supervising installation, modification, upgrading, and maintenance of equipment, in cooperation with service provider engaged. Maintaining records of equipment manufacturers' technical communications, upgrades, and safety issues. Analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime, or resolve production issues if necessary. Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs). A job at this level… Applies senior engineering know how, methods, tools and principles on a range of technical subjects. Analyzes deficiencies in and create proposal for technical improvements, for technical processes and infrastructure systems. Contributes to planning, design, realization and/or implementation phase of regional or global investments. Plans, prepares and realizes infrastructure implementation (e. g. , planning, programming, configuring and/or installing or commissioning assigned systems or applications) Leads respective local projects or workstreams (often labeled as C- Projects). Briefs and cooperates with external provider, and monitors the service level, deliveries and related cost. Provides local support and consultancy on dedicated technical systems (e. g. , as 'System or Product Owner').

What you will be doing:

• Maintain and troubleshoot CVD and diffusion furnaces • Lead equipment improvement projects • Manage new equipment installation and buy-off • Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Production, and Vendors) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field (or equivalent experience) • Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, preferably CVD and diffusion furnaces. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex equipment issues. • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and SOP development, • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
