Performing general building maintenance and repair tasks, including cleaning, minor repairs, and assisting with larger projects, while ensuring facilities are safe and functional

Assist artisans in the completion of planned maintenance and corrective maintenance - Assist artisans by performing any reasonable task prescribed - Perform minor maintenance work as prescribed by artisans - Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the workshop and stores areas and perform related tasks - Close out safety job cards.
Minimum qualifications, skills and competencies required by the position:
- Matric - Medical certificate of fitness - Previous experience in a maintenance assistant role - Computer literacy
