Job Description: Responsibilities
• Assists the team head to develop the new and BG agents training & development strategy for new and BG agents and consistent with the company directions.
• Assists the team head in developing, implements and monitors new & BG agents’ performance to achieve production requirements with MDRT target.
• Assist the team head to develop new & BG agents’ activities to increase their sense of commitment.
• Equip the new & BG agents with strong products knowledge and able to achieve the production requirement.
• Develops & implements the communication plan, engagement initiatives & training programs to activate & empower the new and BG agents to become MDRT members.
• Implements the class-in-charge program to uplift the new and BG agents’ sales professionalism and improve the new agent’s activity ratio.
• Manages and organizes a theme-based training clinic and lead management programs.
• Conducts training needs analysis of new & BG agents to identify areas where training is needed and develop training programs to address those needs.
• Evaluates training effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback from participants and agency leaders, tracking the performance of the attendees, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Develops training policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives and ensure that training programs are consistent and effective. Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and videos that are used in training programs.
• Ensures that training programs are delivered to a high standard.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in training, agency development, or business development management within the insurance industry.
• Holder of valid IIQE qualifications and compliant with CPD requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Life & Health Insurance products, Financial Planning, Investment, and MPF solutions.
• Solid understanding of insurance products, agency operations, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective coaching and small team leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
