Job Title Sampling Coordinator Position Overview Job Purpose Coordinate the company’s sample program and provide backup support to Customer Service to ensure timely, accurate service to customers, sales teams, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Process sample orders, shipments, and inventory transactions in FUSION
• Coordinate domestic and international sample distribution, including tracking and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain sample inventory through replenishment, stock takes, returns, recycling initiatives, and inventory accuracy.
• Support sales teams with sample requests, product availability, ETAs, and stock inquiries.
• Coordinate sample and inventory requirements for Jacobsens NZ.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to support order fulfillment and customer needs.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support to the Customer Service team, including order processing, customer inquiries, and leave coverage.
• Process sample-related invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain sample room organization, cleanliness, and safe work practices.
