[What the role is] [LTA-PT] MANAGER/DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, TICKETING EXPERIENCE (TICKETING STRATEGY & PROJECTS) [What you will be working on] Join our dynamic team and be a self-driven player to lead in shaping the future of public transport ticketing from policy creation to implementation!
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
• Enhance ticketing experience and concession policy, to deliver simple and seamless ticketing experience for commuters.
• Collaborate with internal/external local/foreign stakeholders and partners to gather insights and ensure alignment with industry and public needs.
• Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial sustainability and efficiency, including the transition from Card-Based Ticketing to Account-Based Ticketing system.
• Oversee the implementation of approved policies, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor policy effectiveness, gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
[What we are looking for]
• Knowledge in any discipline.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management and/or policy. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations.
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
