The Physician and APP Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) across Sentara Health. This position serves as a strategic recruitment partner to operational and physician leaders, supporting workforce planning and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent. Primary recruitment responsibilities will focus on high-volume and difficult-to-fill specialties, including Anesthesiology or Primary Care (Family Medicine/
