About this role
The Revenue Cycle Lead provides daily operational support to both the supervisor and the front line staff of the assigned Revenue Cycle team. Activities and responsibilities fluctuate depending on the daily work and the team goals, and can include serving as the first point of contact for questions and escalations, helping to research and resolve problems and issues, training and coaching, developing and maintaining standard process documentation, training materials and job aids, and assisting with work quality audits. Revenue Cycle Leads typically work in production for some portion of their
