Job Title FG Outbound Coordinator Department FG Outbound Control Tower Part Time Type Full time Role Summary We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and support end-to-end outbound logistics operations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Samsung sales offices, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient product deliveries. You will be responsible for coordinating container shipments, ad hoc transportation, and e-commerce logistics, while monitoring delivery orders from warehouse preparation through transportation and documentation. Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with Samsung sales offices and Logistics Service Providers (LSP) • Communicate with EEDC other departments (Packing Center, Cost & Claim, Security, FG Control Tower team, RPM, HR, IT) • Customer service towards sales offices includes problem-solving activity • Providing daily outbound list for Logistics Service Providers • Logistics operations (Container shipments to 3rd countries, Ad-hoc transport, E-com logistics) • Checking the status of the created delivery orders (communication with Logistic Service Provider and sales offices): WH preparation, loading, transportation and documentation • KPI management related to outbound • Managing occurring express delivery requests
Requirements Education:
• Secondary with school-leaving examination • Follow-up/Higher Professional Education • University education (Bachelor's degree) • University education (Master's degree)
Experience:
• Logistics experience
Specific knowledge:
• Microsoft Excel – advanced
