We are building a pipeline of procurement professionals across a range of strategic and operational roles.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering value through best-in-class supplier performance • Collaborating effectively with other departments and teams • Owning dynamic commercial negotiations • Nurturing meaningful supplier relationships • Identifying opportunities and delivering practical solutions

We are interested in candidates with experience spanning the following areas (note – not all experience is required):

Category Strategy Development and Implementation — experience developing and executing global category strategies, delivering value creation and risk mitigation aligned to business objectives. Strategic Sourcing — expertise managing the full source-to-contract lifecycle, including RFx design and execution, supplier evaluation and contracting. Negotiation — proven ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts, with commercial acumen to secure competitive outcomes and in-contract value realisation. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) — a track record of building and managing supplier partnerships, driving performance and innovation. Contract & Risk Management — experience ensuring contractual coverage, compliance with procurement policies, and proactive identification and mitigation of supply chain risk. Procurement Analytics & Data — experience developing and maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, and spend analysis to support data-driven decision-making across category and sourcing functions. Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, and data visualisation platforms. Capability in conducting supplier market research — including industry trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and supplier landscape assessments. Procurement Process Improvement & Change Management — experience in process mapping, documentation, and optimisation, alongside the delivery of change management plans that drive adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working.

Preferred requirements:

Stakeholder Engagement — ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning procurement strategies with business priorities in a global matrix environment. Aerospace & Defence Sector Knowledge — familiarity with the procurement landscape, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, suppliers, and compliance standards specific to the aerospace and/or defence industry. Data & Digital Proficiency — competency in procurement systems and analytical tools (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Ivalua). Continuous Improvement Mindset — demonstrated experience identifying process efficiencies, driving operational excellence, and contributing to change initiatives within a procurement function. Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent — continuous improvement methodologies valued. People & Team Leadership — experience leading, coaching, and developing procurement teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building sourcing capability.

The Kraków Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre represents an exciting new chapter in the growth of Rolls-Royce Group Business Services. Designed to support global operations and employee services, the Centre is a key hub for enabling operational efficiency and strengthening global business processes. It delivers exceptional services across finance, procurement, HR, Data Analytics and Service Management.
