About this role
• Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production requirements. • Perform machine start-up, operation, changeover, and shutdown activities safely and efficiently. • Monitor machine performance, operating parameters, and product quality during production runs. • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and operational standards. • Record production data, machine performance, downtime, and operational issues accurately in required documentation. • Identify, diagnose, and resolve minor machine malfunctions, jams, and process abnormalities to minimize downtime.
• Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferably from a Polytechnic). • Fresh graduates (D3) are welcome to apply, provided they have hands-on experience operating or handling production machines during internships. • Good understanding of machine operation, production processes, and basic PLC programming. • Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
