Responsibilities

• Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction support activities.

• Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify business trends and potential acquisition targets.

• Support preparation of pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and investment teasers.

• Analyze company financial statements, business performance, and key operational metrics.

• Assist in due diligence reviews by collating, organizing, and analyzing financial and business information.

• Prepare industry reports, benchmarking studies, and market intelligence presentations.

• Support transaction execution, stakeholder coordination, and management of deal documentation.

• Monitor M&A market activity, capital market developments, and investment opportunities.

• Maintain financial databases, research repositories, and project trackers.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders during live transactions.
