Job Title: Office Services Senior Coordinator

Department: James | Operating Room

The Office Services Senior Coordinator performs essential non-clinical administrative functions which impact the operations of the Perioperative Department. This critical role provides the essential support to our daily operations; Works under minimal supervision; Determines and ensures that appropriate actions are taken to meet departmental goals and operational needs; Position emphasizes coordinating, organizing, evaluating, and facilitating information in different formats to accommodate a variety of customer needs; Works closely with Periop staff, surgeons, Revenue Management, Value Analysis, other Medical Center departments, and vendors and visitors entering the perioperative department.

• Coordinating all vendor and visitor access to the Perioperative Department • Ensuring compliance with perioperative safety protocols and hospital policies • Managing Vendormate access and visitor badge issuance • Supporting tissue/implant documentation and patient communication • Monitoring supply use in real time and collaborating with the Value Analysis Team • Overseeing environmental monitoring and gas tank inventory

Full-Time Onsite new University Hospital

Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2 years of relevant experience

Additional Qualifications: Operating Room or Perioperative experience preferred.
