Job Description Summary The Internship Program offers fresh graduates' students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic commercial environment. Interns will support the sales team, develop business and customer engagement skills, and build a strong foundation through structured learning, coaching, and real-world projects. Job Description Major Accountabilities:
• Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and field coordination. • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer insights. • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in company systems. • Participate in customer meetings and internal business reviews, where appropriate. • Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical, and commercial teams. • Contribute to projects and initiatives assigned by the line manager while ensuring compliance with Novartis policies and standards. Key Performance Indicators:
• Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects. • Accuracy and quality of reports and documentation. • Active participation in learning and development activities. • Demonstrates collaboration, accountability, and a growth mindset. • Positive feedback from manager and cross-functional stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Work Experience:
• No prior work experience required. • Internship, extracurricular activities, or university projects are an advantage. Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Languages:
