Job Description Summary Plan, perform and document scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug products (DP), processes and procedures in collaboration within a multifunctional project team coordinated by a Project leader. Contribute to maintenance of lab instruments/infrastructure. Job Description Major accountabilities:
• • Plan, organize, execute, and document scientific experiments in collaboration with project teams, contributing to data interpretation and technical reporting. • Support development and optimization of manufacturing processes and specialized facilities, including process troubleshooting and scale-up activities. • Generate, document, evaluate, and interpret experimental data, while proposing follow-up studies and improvements. • Optimize existing methods, procedures, and workflows, and develop more efficient laboratory and plant processes. • Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ principles, HSE standards, and data integrity requirements in all activities. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including laboratory procedures, reports, work instructions, and SOPs. • Lead and support technology transfer activities across multiple oral solid dosage manufacturing technologies, including process controls and issue resolution. • Manage laboratory materials and equipment, contribute to infrastructure maintenance, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of drug substance (DS) and drug product (DP).
Minimum Requirements
• M.Pharm or B.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related discipline. • B.Pharm with 10+ years or M.Pharm with 6+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. • Proven experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, preferably oral solid dosage forms, with strong knowledge of QbD and biopharmaceutics principles. • Sound technical expertise in pellet and mini-tablet dosage forms, along with safe handling of chemicals, hazardous materials, and laboratory equipment. • Working knowledge of laboratory and digital tools, including Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), with strong collaboration and technical problem-solving skills.
