Your responsibilities
• Managing a designated part of the equity portfolios across OFE, DFE and PPK funds. • Building active investment positions and sector exposures while balancing expected returns, risk, liquidity and benchmark considerations. • Conducting fundamental analysis and stock selection across sectors, covering companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as international markets, primarily in Europe and the United States. • Preparing investment analyses and recommendations, and monitoring investment theses. • Contributing to portfolio construction, tactical asset allocation and overall investment strategy. • Analyzing portfolio performance drivers and risk factors. • Participating in corporate governance and stewardship activities related to portfolio holdings. • Collaborating closely with the investment team to enhance investment processes and analytical capabilities.
Our offer is for you if you have
• At least 10 years of professional experience in asset management, including a minimum of 5 years of independent equity portfolio management. • Strong expertise in fundamental analysis, financial modelling, earnings forecasting and company valuation. • Excellent knowledge of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and developed international equity markets. • A portfolio management mindset with the ability to assess the impact of investment decisions on portfolio performance, risk and liquidity. • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic market environments. • The confidence to present, defend and challenge investment ideas through constructive discussion. • Excellent command of English. • Practical experience with Bloomberg and/or LSEG Workspace.
Nice to have
• Investment Advisor License. • CFA designation or other recognized investment qualifications. • Experience managing assets within large institutional investment organizations. • Knowledge of corporate governance and stewardship practices.
