• $36.55 p/hr + super + shift loading

About the role MSS Security is looking for a Casual Security Officer to work in our Wagga Airport site. This position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence at the airport, while also performing passenger and baggage screening services.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Passenger & checked baggage security screening.
• Managing traffic flow & screen at security checkpoints within the airport
• Providing solid customer service and responding professionally whilst liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining and following all compliance procedures and safety measures
• Recording incident reports as required
Skills and Experience
• Certificate II in Transport Security Protection - Free paid training for the right candidates!
• Security Licence (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Ability to successfully pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Customer service experience with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
