THE JOB: As a Business Services Clerk, you’ll be the friendly face guests count on for everything from package assistance to personalized service at both Aria & Vdara locations. With your warm demeanor and attention to detail, you help turn everyday tasks into memorable moments that enhance the guest experience long after check-out.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.50
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
• Efficiently process and document all stored inventories of courier and drop-off parcels
• Provide guest assistance in the processing and reviewing of all shipping and receiving materials
• Ensure proper security and accuracy when releasing packages or facilitating delivery of packages
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions
• Perform the counter service functions including but not limited to: sending and receiving faxes, photocopying, computer workstation rentals, laptop, workstation printing, selling & promoting of retail items and collecting guest email addresses
• Assist guests with workstation personal computer functions including Internet usage
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
